This dealership offers excellent services and has wonderful facilities. My most recent visit was service related and once again I was very satisfied. The staff is friendly, experienced, and professional. My Service Advisor on this occasion was Otis Gregory. He provided excellent and knowledgeable service in a friendly and professional manner; everything was done as requested to my satisfaction and in a timely manner.

It's an older vehicle, and I am aware that things will wear out and break after 12 years and 160,000+ miles. Otis is always going the extra mile to make sure I'm back on the road and running like a brand new vehicle. People like to complain about dealerships being overpriced, but my experience has shown that cut-rate parts and services lead to visits to the dealership just to put things back to the way they needed to be in the first place.
